A Meal I like to Cook for Myself

This post is one of my favorite until now, because I love cooking. As I live only with my mom, in several times I stay alone in the house, then that makes me cook much and enjoy it. I think I'm good at making pastas, sauces of all kinds, pancakes, smoothies and and sauteed vegetables.

if I had to choose just one to develop this post would be the pancakes, because they are
special, tasty and very healthy, in fact I learned the recipe for a healthy food blog. It is prepared in a few minutes and is very easy. You can eat all the time, but is ideal for breakfast, because it gives you energy for the whole day. For example, I love to cook pancakes in the breakfast when the day it's cold. Perfect for winter!

Recipe (for one person):

Oats → a third cup
egg → one whole egg and two whites
essence of vanilla  (replaceable) → a teaspoon
bitter chocolate powder → one tablespoons
water or milk → only a stream
stevia → at ease


So you put all the ingredients in the blender until a pasty liquid. Then the frying pan heated medium heat, without adding oil, put a little of the mixture and wait about 3 minutes per side. Taking care to check if it is too hot to prevent burning. When you finish and serve them, they can be filled with whatever you want : jam, delicacy, fruit or alone, also they are delicious.
